Acquired by WREG in 2018, in association with Mayes’ Office Architects, the redeveloped restaurant now serves the community as a three-unit office building nestled along Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, California. Completed in 2020, WREG owns and operates the 5,320 square foot, two-story office space. Tenants of the office space enjoy expansive views of Will Rogers State Beach and the Santa Monica pier as well as the most beautiful sunset landscapes that Southern California has to offer.
