WREG purchased the 39 unit apartment building in Santa Monica for remodel in 1999. Consisting of studio and one bedroom units, WREG executed a complete interior remodel adding new hardwood floors, fixtures, cabinetry, and paint to each unit as well as a brand new roof and exterior paint to a building that had been neglected for years. Using its proximity to the beach and Santa Monica hotspots as a selling point, WREG was able to fill the complex after completing the remodel and sold it in 2002.
