Regularly attended by President Eisenhower, the Orchid Tree Inn and Community Church, located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, were once viewed as treasures of the community. Sadly, these once beautiful buildings have remained vacant for many years and were subject to a 2013 fire that nearly burned the historic church to the ground.
In working with Burdge and Associates architects, WREG was able to bring this historical property back to life by securing full entitlements for a luxury 64 room Boutique Resort and Spa. Each room is designed to have its own private entry courtyard and large back patio with outdoor shower, providing the guests with a sense of serenity. The development will also feature a world-class spa and cuisine featuring a different international chef for each season of the year.
