The Sportsmen’s Lodge Hotel first opened its doors in the 1880’s, instantly becoming a local hangout for Hollywood icons such as Clark Gable, Bette Davis, John Wayne, Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacall, and many more. WREG, through one of its subsidiaries, has kept the Sportsmen’s Lodge Hotel faithful to its history with a renovation that represents the firm’s approach to hotels and destination projects. Prior to being sold in 2017, the firm positioned the hotel to continue to be a landmark of enduring distinction and exceptional value for many years to come.
